Introducing AS-TEX, a versatile cement free textured coating made from a proprietary blend of inorganic materials blended with a durable hybrid dry polymer. AS-TEX can be applied using a simple hopper gun system. The material cure within 24 hours. AS-TEX can be integrally with different pigment colors pre-added to the polymer or stained using acid stains or SMG’s acid free Aqua-Sil pigment stains.
Once coatings or stains have dried (Drying usually takes 4-6 hours). AS-TEX can be top coated with Epocryl 1k or Epocryl epoxy clear top coats. AS-TEX should always be top coated for highest durability levels. AS-TEX is a two part “Mix and Spray” system.
