Rain Shield: Clear Sealers in Water Based and Solvent Based versions.
- Rain Shield W, is a clear water based, water repellant and color enhancer that also imparts a high degree of slip resistance, it is UV resistant and highly durable. Rain Shield W can be tinted for use as a stain to rejuvenate old and worn pavers, bricks, wall blocks and wood.
- Rain Shield S is a clear aromatic Acrylic based sealer that is available in two solids levels. Rain Shield S imparts a low gloss wet look and will enhance the color by deepening the original color of brick pavers and decorative concrete. Rain Shield with higher solids can also be used as a durable top coat over stained or coated concrete, pavers, brick and wood.
AS-TEX Solid Spray Coating:
- AS-TEX is a cement free spray coating available in a wide range of colors and is also available with 3M colored quartz pre-mixed in.
- AS-TEX allows installers the opportunity to not have to walk away form a job while offering a unique finished surface.
- AS-TEX can be used to resurface existing pavers, brick and concrete at a significantly lower cost per square foot.
- AS-TEX is a perfect choice for pool decks and will shorten the time an area is down. When your customer wants or needs a lower cost solution.
AS-TEX CQ Color Quartz Over lay
- AS-TEX CQ graded silica that has been colored by high temperature ceramic firing
- A S-TEX CQ is available in 12 standard colors or can be custom blended
- AS-TEX CQ is broadcast over a color coating to 100% rejection and clear coated with Epocryl 1k
Epocryl 1 k Water Based Poly-Acrylic Clear
- Epocryl is a single component clear and colored coating that is extremely durable and UV resistant. Epocryl can be used a clear finish top coat for any surface, it is hot tire pickup resistant and is excellent as a sealer for AS-TEX.
Epocryl 2k 100% Solids Epoxy Clear and Colors
Epocryl 2k is a 2 component Heavy Duty clear top coat used in commercial applications where resistance to heavy traffic and chemicals is needed. Epocryl will cure within 3-4 hours.
EnviroMax Heat Reflective Coating
- EnviroMax HRC is a heat reflective, water proof coating that helps control heat transfer to metal and other surfaces.
- EnviroMax HRC is available in Bright White and Medium Gray
- EnviroMax HRC can be either sprayed or rolled onto surfaces
EnviroMax Thermal Insulation Coating
- EnviroMax TIC is usually used in conjunction with EnviroMax HRC
- When used as the interior and exterior coatings there is a significant reduction of heat transference.
EnviroMax Primer
- EnviroMax Primer is used on interior and exterior surfaces as a bonding agent creating a tacky layer for coatings to better adhere to.
Aqua-Sil Acid Free Stains
- Aqua-Sil Acid Free Stains are designed to react with each other rather than the chemicals in concrete to create unique secondary colors and effects. Since Aqua-Sil stains do not contain acid neutralization is not required. Aqua-Sil stains contain a polymer that once clear coated improves the overall surface beauty and durability.
- Aqua Sil Acid Free Stains yield predictable colors when applied to any concrete new or old.
- Aqua-Sil does not react with the latent chemicals contained within the concrete to determine the color. This allows the predictable color yield.
- Aqua-Sil stains can also be used to stain exterior and interior wood surfaces.
- Aqua-Sil Acid Free Stains dry quickly and can be clear coated within 2 hours of application. A top coat using one of the RainShield clear coatings is highly recommended.
EnviroStone Casting Media
- EnviroStone casting media consisting of fillers similar to that used in the manufacturing of solid surface counter tops with a small amount of Portland cement and a hybrid polymer to create a cultured stone with greater strength and durability.
- EnviroStone is available in a polish-able version for counter and table tops as well as polished floors resembling polished concrete
- EnviroStone Casting Media is mixed 2:1 with aggregate sized ¼” and down and mixed with water
- Enviro Stone can be cast into virtually any type of mold and is excellent as a overlay coating that can be carved into and can be stained using , Aqua-Sil Acid Free Stains.
